In short. Meow Messenger is for your own people. Write to those you know; do not turn it into a place someone wants to leave. The service is still in testing: it can change, and it can occasionally get things wrong.

Who can use it

You need a Google account and you must be at least 13 years old. One person, one account; do not sign in as somebody else.

Your messages are yours

Everything you send belongs to you. We claim no rights to it and we do not use the contents of your conversations to show you anything or to sell anything.

What does not belong here

harassment, threats, stalking;
material that sexualises children;
incitement to violence and hate speech;
other people’s personal data shared without their consent;
malware, spam, bulk mailings;
anything prohibited by law.

If someone unpleasant writes to you

Meow Messenger is built so that a random person cannot reach you: a chat appears only if you found someone yourself or accepted an invitation. You can delete a chat on your side in one motion — swipe the row in the list.

If someone breaks these rules, write to us at ceo@synergygrowing.online with a description and, if you can, a screenshot. We read these messages by hand and can restrict or close the offender’s account. We reply within a few days.

While testing continues

The service runs in testing mode: there may be interruptions, and individual features may change. We work hard to make sure messages are never lost — that is the core promise of the product — but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Closing your account

You can ask us to delete your account by writing to the address above. We may close an account that breaks these terms.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service.
