Write to us at ceo@synergygrowing.online. A person reads every message, usually within a day. Tell us what happened, which phone you are on, and roughly when — that is almost always enough for us to find it.
Open the person’s profile from a chat. There you will find Report and Block. Blocking stops their messages from reaching you; reporting sends the case to us. We look at reports within 24 hours and remove people who abuse others.
Profile → Delete account. You will be asked twice, and after the second question there is no undo. What deletion does and does not do is spelled out in the privacy policy.
One paw — the message is on its way. Two — it reached the other phone. Pink — the chat was actually opened and the message read.
That means the phone has not managed to hand it over yet. Nothing is lost: it waits for the network and goes as soon as there is one. If a paw has been stuck for hours with a working connection, write to us.
Check Profile → Notification setup in the app — it shows exactly what the system is allowing and what to switch on. On iOS, the meow also needs the ringer switch not to be on silent.
By username, email address or phone number. Search works on an exact match only — this is on purpose, so that it cannot be turned into a way of going through other people’s contacts.
Messages are stored on our servers in a form we are technically able to read — there is no end-to-end encryption today, and we say so plainly rather than hiding behind the word “secure”. We do not sell data, show ads or build a profile of you. The full picture is in the privacy policy.
